CABINS & DINING HALL

Our facilities and lodging on the banks of the White River are all updated with modern interiors and rustic décor. Each building has it's own charm and style. Take our photo tour through each cabin to choose your favorite! All of our cabins are ready for you to make yourselves at home. Each cabin includes complimentary coffee, creamer, and sweetener. We provide all linens, as well as paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and bath soap. Ice can be purchased for $3.00 per bag.

River Lodge - Rates


*Rates are $700 for up to 14 guests per night. One-time cleaning fee $75 - $150 (depending on number of guests). Children under 8 stay free. Please call us and we can customize your stay to fit your group's size. (870)453-7785


River Lodge

The atmosphere of the River Lodge makes you feel right at home. Windows wrap around the river side of the beautiful River Lodge and provide breathtaking views of the White River. A large front and back porch has plenty of room for your party to mingle and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the River. The porches have plenty of seating options, including several rocking chairs and porch swings. The living room is spacious and has a wood burning stove, a 60 inch flat screen TV with Satellite programming, and plenty of seating to relax after a fun filled day. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The River Lodge also has complimentary Wi-Fi.

River House

The River House has 3 bedrooms and one single bed in the living room, sleeps 8 guests, and has two full bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a separating dining area. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone, along with a large flat screen TV with Satellite programming. The River House also has complimentary Wi-Fi.

The River Cottage is a duplex with 2 bedrooms, with separate bathrooms, and a nice large porch. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge in each room. The rooms are cozy and offer all of the amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable. Each room has a TV with Satellite programming. The River Cottage also has complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Cedar Cabin has 1 bedroom with a bathroom and nice size soaking tub. A comfortable get away place for a couple or that person seeking a quiet space. A TV with satellite programming, along with complimentary Wi-Fi, adds to the list of other amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Dining Hall - Rates

Dining Hall

The Dining Hall has all you need to satisfy those hungry appetites before and after a big day on the River. A fully equipped kitchen and seating for 18 make the Dining Hall a go-to place at Cedarwood Lodge. A BBQ pit and wood smoker are also nearby and ready, if you decide to cook outdoors instead of inside. The fire pit is always ready for s’mores and hot dogs.

POLICIES


Reservations & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy for cabins or lodge is as follows: more than 45 days before reserved stay = no charge; 45-30 days before reserved stay = pay 50% of total amount; less than 30 days before reserved stay = pay full total.

When booking the entire resort, reservations are guaranteed with a deposit for one-half of the total stay. We have a 90 Day Cancellation Policy when reserving the entire resort. The Cancellation Policy when reserving the entire resort is as follows: cancel more than 90 days before reserved stay = no charge, deposit refunded; cancel less than 90 days before reserved stay = pay full total.

We are not located on the beaten path. We are in a very quiet, secluded area and we do not get drive by traffic. 99.9% of our bookings are by reservations, so we do not have the traffic necessary to fill last minute vacancies.

 

Pet Policy

NO pets allowed.



We offer a variety of fully‑furnished lodging options, including a rustic one‑bedroom cabin, a spacious river house, a cozy cottage, and the classic Ozark lodge for families and groups.

The one‑bedroom cabin is ideal for one or two guests, the cottage and river house work well for families or small groups, and the lodge is best suited for larger families or group gatherings. Contact us with your group size and we’ll recommend the best fit.

Some units include equipped kitchens with basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Guests staying in other units can use the shared Dining Hall & Kitchen to prepare and serve meals together.
